Rudd Company is a Washington-based paint and coatings manufacturer. Established in 1912, Rudd manufactures several product lines including aerosol and specialty products, forest products and wood floor finish. Rudd occupies a 150,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, located on a five-acre site in Seattle, Wash. Equipped with state-of-the-art aerosol packaging lines, it has the only full service aerosol manufacturing facility in the Northwest, with capacities in excess of 25 million units per year. Based upon current product mix, bulk coatings capacity exceeds 7.5 million gallons. All material storage and processing areas are designed and fully equipped, to comply with local, state and federal environmental and safety regulations. All products receive a unique computer generated batch code to aid tracking and record keeping. Specialized computers hold permanent color standards and are used by production personnel during the manufacturing process.
