The Alexandria Soccer Association is a youth league that started in 1970. ASA currently has more than 1,700 players, making it the largest sports group in the city of Alexandria. The organization is not part of the city, but is a non-profit organization staffed by volunteers. ASA operates during both the spring and fall. The ASA office is located on the first floor of the Lee Center on Jefferson Street.
